From industrial waste to fish feed

Fermentation of a certain strain of fungi on side streams containing sugar as e.g. potato starch from agriculture companies. The goal is to produce a sustainable ingredient that can replace fish meal in salmon feed.

Impact: Contributing to a circular economy and a reduction of the depletion of the oceans.
