West Swedish Incubators Investor Meeting

The West Swedish Incubators Investor Meeting took place June 9 in Gothenburg, where incubator companies and investors from all over region Västra Götaland and Oslo attended. 

The pitching companies were Navari Surgical, Hydroc Energy Storage, VSA Innovation, Nano Textile Solutions, Feelloud, EmiGreat, NSS Water Enhancement Technology and Pirr. They represented a mix of industries such as music, energy, sextech / femtech, water, medical tech, immigration, surgical optimization and smart textiles.

Many more startups participated in the event that offered networking opportunities, among those were DPella, Incipientus Ultrasound Flow Technologies AB, Olsaro Crop Biotech, Talkamatic, Generation Waste, Simsen Diagnostics, Norgald, Envue Technologies, Kluero, CerInvent, Kneedly and Beat Vascular Health AB.

The event was attended by a large group of business angels and the region's leading investors like Volvo Group Venture Capital, Almi Invest, Almi Invest GreenTech, Länsförsäkringar Göteborg & Bohuslän, Stena Metall, Sätila Impact Investment, Yuncture Invest, Västkustens Affärsänglar, JCE Group, CBC Group, Glocal Invest AB, Brofjorden Invest, Brightlight Group Invest. Two special guests appearance were made by Business Angels Norway from Olso and Spotlight Stock Market from Stockholm.

West Swedish Incubators is a EU-funded partnership project with the support of the Region of Västra Götaland , the University of Gothenburg and the incubators. The project aims to improve efficiency and to create more opportunities for collaborations for the region's startups. West Swedish Incubators includes Brewhouse, Chalmers Ventures, Founders Loft, GU Ventures, Inkubatorn i Borås, Innovatum Science Park, Sahlgrenska Science Park and Science Park Skövde.
