GU Ventures has been appointed a new Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting. Four new Board members, were elected, Thomas Andersson, Sophia Litsne, Kristina Torfgård and Per Wassén, and two existing members were re-elected, Göran Landberg and Peter Tellberg. Thomas Andersson was also elected Chair of the Board. All of the board members, through their skills, qualities and experience, will bring further strategic reinforcement, energy and vision for the company's future.
